You do not have to sacrifice big firm service and quality to pay a fair reasonable price for legal services.  If you do not mind that I work from home, and not from an office on Congress Avenue, then my practice might be a good fit for your needs.  While I have been working for a small firm or in private industry for the past 21 years, this solo practice is new.  I work out of my house, and have exceedingly low overhead, allowing me to be more flexible and work faster while providing more cost effective service.  I have always been a small business guy.  I grew up in a family where my father and three of my older siblings had their own small businesses.  This law office is my small business.

I attended the University of California at Davis for Law School.  I am licensed to practice in Texas and California.  

I am the Cubmaster for my son’s Cub Scout Pack.  My wife and I are involved in founding a new Episcopal Church congregation in the Bee Cave/Lakeway area.
