Despite my being in Austin, there is no reason why I cannot help clients throughout the great State of Texas. There is only one step of the estate planning process which cannot be handled remotely: notarization of certain estate plan documents and transfer deeds. All the rest can be done by mail, telephone conference, internet, etc. So, as long as a 'remote' client can locate a local notary (local County clerks are notaries ex officio so there is always someone in your county who can notarize documents), that 'remote' client can get a full estate plan prepared and put in place.
If you do not live in or near Austin, but you like my website and think I can help you, please do not hesitate to contact me for estate planning help. The button below leads to my contact page where you can send me a note or find my phone number and give me a call.
